What does a credit get you?
A credit is worth about a cent. It pays for work that runs on vfrey's servers, and nothing else. Failed provider calls and cache hits cost 0 credits. Remote MCP calls are free, except that they spend the credits of whatever paid action they trigger.

What is free forever?
The local CLI, Rendering on your own machine, Local autopilot, The local dashboard. None of them use credits, and none of them need an account. Credits only pay for work that runs on vfrey's servers.
Do unused credits roll over?
Plan credits carry over one month, up to one month's amount. If you use 500 of a 2,000-credit month, the 1,500 left is still there next month, on top of the new 2,000. Whatever is left at the end of that second month expires. Spending takes the plan credits that will expire soonest first.
Do top-ups expire?
No. Top-up credits never expire. They are spent after your plan credits, so a top-up is only touched once the plan credits for the month are gone. The minimum top-up is $10.
Am I charged when a call fails?
No. A failed provider call costs 0 credits, and so does a result that was already cached. You only pay when a paid action completes.
What is the difference between seats and reviewers?
A seat is a person who works in the org. Each plan includes some, and extra seats are $20 a seat a month. Seats share one pool of credits. Viewers and reviewers or approvers are free, do not count as seats, and can still review and approve.
Are remote MCP calls free?
Connecting is free. A remote MCP call spends the credits of whatever paid action it triggers, at the same price as the same action anywhere else. Calls that trigger no paid action cost nothing.
Can I cancel, and can I get a refund?
You can cancel at any time and keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. Credits you have already spent are not refundable.
